Mike B. has been a part of our family since he and his crew started working on our home more than 20 years ago. Each time I looked around our house I saw something wonderful he had done for us. Outside, there was the siding, the roof and the pretty front porch. Inside there was the remodeled kitchen which Mike designed, the built in bookcases in the family room, the expanded archway between the dining and living room, the updated bathrooms, and on and on.
Everything Mike and his crew did for us was done beautifully, in a professional and timely manner. His crew was always a pleasure to have in our home. I was always proud of the improvements they made to our home.

We were looking for a contractor who could handle all aspects of our home addition. We only wanted to deal with one individual. Upon first meeting with Mike, it was easy to see that he fit that need and would be easy to work with throughout our project. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcomed our input, which was very important to us.
Our old home had many surprises along the way. Each was dealt with the right way and we were comfortable that nothing was being covered up or hidden. We were always given the opportunity to discuss, offer suggestions and understand the direction, prior to any new work being performed.
Bottom line is, we ended up with an amazing transformation to our home and we couldn't be happier. It's a fresh, modern space with a spectacular deck!

Once we decided we were interested in adding on to our home, we called and got estimates from no fewer than 6 contractors. We wanted to increase the size of our family room. The estimates were higher than we were hoping. Mike was the last of the contractors to give us an estimate. What I loved about that first meeting is that Mike listened to what we wanted, or should I say, listened to what we thought we wanted and then asked if he could make some suggestions. We were thrilled that he asked - something the other contractors hadn't. Mike suggested that we might want to consider adding a two story structure, rather than just increase the size of the family room. He made the point that the foundation and the roof would already be included in the price of the addition and that going up a floor wouldn't add that much to the final cost and we would be able to expand the size of the master bedroom, adding an office and walk-in closet! We were thrilled with the possibility, but apprehensive because we hadn't yet talked price. Mike's estimate for a 2 floor addition came in less than the other contractor's estimates for a 1 floor addition! It seemed too good to be true. We asked around to see if others were happy with My Three Sons work and heard all good reports. We decided to go ahead with the addition.
We were very happy with the work ethic of the guys on Mike's team. They were easy to work with, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves. The skill of this team was also evident and the end result was a well-crafted, beautiful addition we were thrilled about. Many thanks to My Three Sons Construction!

I called Mike B. about getting replacement windows for my daughter's house. She is severely disabled and lives in an older house. He came and took measurements and ordered the windows. Then the hot weather hit. I called him back and asked if he could rush the job because I discovered that most of her windows would not open and she did not have an air conditioner. It was a dangerous situation for her. He responded immediately and got his crew and himself over there and replaced those windows the very next day. Then he called around and found a window air conditioner, which was not easy as they had been flying off the shelves because of the hot weather. I purchased the unit and he got his electrician to put a 220 outlet in and he and the electrician installed it. Most of this was above and beyond what the average contractor would do. We are so very grateful to Mike B. and his crew!
